Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush Biscoff cookies and mix them with melted butter to form the crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Mix sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then layer this over the cheesecake.
  6. Combine oats, flour, butter, and nutmeg for the crumble, and then sprinkle it over the apple layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool before serving.
