Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush Biscoff cookies and mix them with melted butter to form the crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Mix sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then layer this over the cheesecake.
- Combine oats, flour, butter, and nutmeg for the crumble, and then sprinkle it over the apple layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
- Let the cheesecake cool before serving.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing for a smooth texture. Let the cheesecake cool properly for best results.
