Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed graham crackers and blueberries.
  3. Use your hands to form small bite-sized balls from the mixture.
  4. Place the protein bites on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
