- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in crushed graham crackers and blueberries.
- Use your hands to form small bite-sized balls from the mixture.
- Place the protein bites on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as a snack or post-workout treat!
