Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  4. Optional: sprinkle granola on top.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
  6. Pop out of the molds and enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert.
