- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Optional: sprinkle granola on top.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
- Pop out of the molds and enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
