Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or refrigerate for an easy breakfast throughout the week.
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, slightly increase the cocoa powder. Customize with various toppings.
