Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Bombs

Spicy jalapeños stuffed with creamy buffalo chicken and cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon—an explosion of flavor in every bite!

  • 8 large jalapeños, halved and deseeded
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cut in half
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make the Filling:

    • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheddar cheese.
  • Stuff the Jalapeños:

    • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each jalapeño half.
  • Wrap with Bacon:

    • Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Bake Until Crispy:

    • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.

 

  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Let cool slightly and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
