- 8 large jalapeños, halved and deseeded
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cut in half
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheddar cheese.
Stuff the Jalapeños:
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each jalapeño half.
Wrap with Bacon:
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bake Until Crispy:
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
- Let cool slightly and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing!
