Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add yogurt and warm water gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then cover and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each out into a flat round.
  5. Heat a skillet or tandoor oven over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook the naan in the hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until puffy and charred.
  7. Brush with melted butter or ghee before serving.
