- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 2 cups rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips, cooking until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and steak tips to the skillet, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak tips in olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and garlic before cooking. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
