- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Fold in the diced apples gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and smooth it out.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow it to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
- Serve chilled and drizzle with additional caramel before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled, can include a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
