Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center. Top with shredded cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Optional: Add spinach or bell peppers for more flavor. Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
