- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Lime
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Warm corn tortillas on the grill or in a pan.
- Chop the grilled chicken and place it in the warm tortillas.
- Top with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. You can also experiment with different toppings.
