Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together crushed Oreo cookies, protein powder, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips and rolled oats.
- Add vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
