These tender and flavorful meatballs are just like the ones from Costco—perfect for quick meals, pasta, or subs! Made with simple, fresh ingredients.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 24 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk, letting it sit for a minute to absorb.
