- 8 oz Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté mushrooms in butter over medium heat until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer until reduced.
- Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Blend the mixture until smooth for a creamy soup.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional sautéed mushrooms if desired.
Notes
Best served hot, with crusty bread or a fresh salad. Can store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months.
