- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packets ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, or carrots)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and add it to the pot, cooking until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the fresh vegetables and the heavy cream. Return the cooked chicken to the pot and add soy sauce.
- Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
You can marinate the chicken for extra flavor and substitute low-sodium chicken broth for a healthier option.
