  • 2 packets ramen noodles

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and add it to the pot, cooking until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in the fresh vegetables and the heavy cream. Return the cooked chicken to the pot and add soy sauce.
  5. Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
