Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and mixed vegetables, cooking until the noodles are tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Experiment with different vegetables for variety. For a spicy kick, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
