- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Cook the wheat flour in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the fresh palak puree and milk to the pan, stirring until combined.
- Incorporate the mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the pasta with the creamy spinach sauce.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute whole-wheat pasta. Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
