Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi

  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 23 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
  4. Air fry at 390°F for 11 to 14 minutes for shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. For frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13 to 16 minutes, also shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Enjoy your crispy gnocchi immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them back in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
