- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 Tortilla wraps
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Lettuce, chopped
- 1 Tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- Lay the tortilla wraps flat and add slices of chicken, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
- Roll the wraps tightly and slice them in half.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to slice the chicken thinly for easier rolling. Feel free to add more veggies like peppers or cucumbers to the wrap.
