Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat cold butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop large dough balls (about 1/4 cup each) onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden but slightly underbaked in the center.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving for a perfect chewy texture.
