Ingredients

- 3 cups of vanilla pudding
- 1 pound of cake (sponge or pound cake)
- 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Cut the cake into cubes.
- Layer half of the cake cubes at the bottom of a large trifle dish.
- Add half of the pudding on top of the cake layer.
- Add a layer of mixed fresh fruits over the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, pudding, and fruits.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
