- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6-7 hours) or high for 240 minutes (3-4 hours) until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken within the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm on buns or over rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder to the ranch mix. Adjust the ranch dressing mix quantity to taste.
