- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, chopped dill pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, and fresh dill in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or as a tasty snack dip.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Stir well before serving.
