Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Notes
