- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve warm with syrup or your favorite toppings.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter. Let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking for better fluffiness.
