- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels according to package instructions and place in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently mix until all the popcorn is coated.
- Add in the sprinkles and a little salt, and mix until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Best enjoyed within a few days for maximum crispiness.
