- 1 pound beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic butter on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Choose beef with some marbling for better flavor and tenderness. Feel free to add red pepper flakes for a bit of spice.
