- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 4 large tortillas
- 3 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cheddar cheese and cream cheese until combined.
- Spread garlic butter on each tortilla.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftover rollups can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
