Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Delicious and easy-to-make rollups featuring seasoned ground beef, creamy cheese, and garlic butter wrapped in tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cheddar cheese and cream cheese until combined.
  4. Spread garlic butter on each tortilla.
  5. Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the rollups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftover rollups can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
