Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss the seasoned steak bites in the garlic butter.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
