Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
