Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm tortillas on a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them flexible.
- Assemble the Burrito: Place a tortilla flat, layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Grill the Burrito: Heat a skillet on medium. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom, place burrito seam-side down, and cook until the cheese melts and is crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and repeat on the other side.
Notes
Pair with salsa or extra sour cream for dipping. Customize by adding vegetables like bell peppers or jalapeños for extra spice.
