Ingredients

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices of ham
- 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the ham and cheese on top of the rolls.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the sliders.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a crispy top, leave the foil off during the last few minutes of baking. You can customize the cheese and add sautéed onions or jalapeños for added flavor.
