Ham and Cheese Sliders

Delicious and easy to make Ham and Cheese Sliders, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham and cheese on top of the rolls.
  4. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the sliders.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For a crispy top, leave the foil off during the last few minutes of baking. You can customize the cheese and add sautéed onions or jalapeños for added flavor.
