- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta (elbow or shell pasta)
- 1 can creamy mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the creamy mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, milk, and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with salad or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
