Hamburger Supreme Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces pasta (elbow or shell pasta)
  • 1 can creamy mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the creamy mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, milk, and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with salad or crusty bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
