Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice cabbage into thick wedges.
- Mix honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place cabbage on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush mixture over each piece evenly.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm with optional chili flakes.
