Honey Garlic Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 medium green cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice cabbage into thick wedges.
  3. Mix honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place cabbage on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush mixture over each piece evenly.
  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve warm with optional chili flakes.

Notes

  • Keep space between cabbage pieces for crisp edges.
  • Broil 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
