Ingredients

  • 1 Italian bread
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup Olives
  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Capicola
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, pepperoncini, olives, salami, capicola, and provolone cheese on one half of the bread.
  3. Drizzle the red wine vinegar and olive oil over the ingredients, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the other half of the bread on top and press down gently.
  5. Slice into portions and serve immediately or wrap it up for later.
