- 1 Italian bread
- 2 cups Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Pepperoncini
- 1/2 cup Olives
- 4 oz Salami
- 4 oz Capicola
- 4 oz Provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
- Layer the lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, pepperoncini, olives, salami, capicola, and provolone cheese on one half of the bread.
- Drizzle the red wine vinegar and olive oil over the ingredients, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the other half of the bread on top and press down gently.
- Slice into portions and serve immediately or wrap it up for later.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and consider adding extra vegetables for crunch.
