  • ½ lb ground turkey or beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Sandwich:

  • 4 English muffins, toasted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Sausage Patties – Mix the ground turkey or beef with the seasonings. Shape into 4 equal patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

2️⃣ Cook the Eggs – Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a non-stick pan and cook scrambled eggs or make small omelets for each sandwich.

3️⃣ Assemble the Sandwich – Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin. Add the cooked sausage patty, followed by the egg.

4️⃣ Melt & Serve – Wrap each sandwich in foil and heat in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.
