- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cream cheese)
- Butter for spreading
- Optional: Honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Add the shredded cheese on top, followed by the blueberries.
- Optionally, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and enjoy your unique grilled cheese!
Notes
Best served warm with a side of fresh fruit or salad. Drizzling more honey or maple syrup on top enhances the flavor.
