Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and top with sliced green onions.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, let the beef cook longer after adding the sauce. Adjust spice levels by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
