- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
