Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in the flour, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled brownies and let set before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a stronger lemon flavor, feel free to add more lemon juice or zest. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
