- Red chilli flakes to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red capsicum, red onion, cucumber, and chopped coriander/cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and red chilli flakes.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
