Mango Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • Red chilli flakes to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red capsicum, red onion, cucumber, and chopped coriander/cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and red chilli flakes.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
