Ingredients

  • 200 g of crushed graham crackers or Macarena cookies
  • 80 g of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
  • Raspberry jam (or any jam of your choice)
  • 200 g of dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie base: Crush the cookies until finely crumbled. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and sugar (if using) until you have a dough-like consistency.
  2. Form the base: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of small tart molds to make the base.
  3. Add the jam: Spoon the raspberry jam into each tart shell, spreading it evenly on top of the cookie base.
  4. Melt the chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the raspberry jam.
  5. Chill: Place the tarts in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set and firm.
