- 200 g of crushed graham crackers or Macarena cookies
- 80 g of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- Raspberry jam (or any jam of your choice)
- 200 g of dark chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare the cookie base: Crush the cookies until finely crumbled. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and sugar (if using) until you have a dough-like consistency.
- Form the base: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of small tart molds to make the base.
- Add the jam: Spoon the raspberry jam into each tart shell, spreading it evenly on top of the cookie base.
- Melt the chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the raspberry jam.
- Chill: Place the tarts in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set and firm.
- Serve: Enjoy your tasty mini chocolate tarts!
Notes
Garnish with fresh berries, powdered sugar, or whipped cream for extra flair. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
