Nutella Pancake Sandwiches

Delicious mini pancakes stuffed with rich Nutella, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Nutella (for filling)
  • Optional: Fresh fruits or whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter together until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t worry about lumps!
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. For each pancake, pour about 2 tablespoons of batter onto the pan.
  5. Cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat until all the batter is used. You should have about 10 mini pancakes.
  7. Once cooled slightly, spread Nutella on one pancake and top with another pancake to make a sandwich.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure not to overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes. You can add chocolate chips or nuts into the batter for extra flavor.
