- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Nutella (for filling)
- Optional: Fresh fruits or whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter together until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t worry about lumps!
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. For each pancake, pour about 2 tablespoons of batter onto the pan.
- Cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat until all the batter is used. You should have about 10 mini pancakes.
- Once cooled slightly, spread Nutella on one pancake and top with another pancake to make a sandwich.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the batter for fluffy pancakes. You can add chocolate chips or nuts into the batter for extra flavor.
