- 2 cups cauliflower rice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Stir in cauliflower rice and garlic powder, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, top with shredded cheese, and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
