Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and milk, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the sausage, cheese, and beaten eggs.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut it into sections.
- Roll each section up tightly and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the dough; mix it just until combined. You can experiment with different types of sausage and cheese.
