- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1/4 cup Chopped Carrot
- 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Coriander Leaves for Garnish
Instructions
- Add oil and chopped garlic to a pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Include chopped onion, capsicum, and carrot to the pan.
- Cook the vegetables for two minutes.
- Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar to the pan. Mix well.
- Now, add the cooked rice, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix everything well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for better texture and adjust the spice level with Schezwan sauce as needed.
