- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- Soft-boiled eggs (for garnish)
- Fresh greens (such as bok choy or spinach)
- Crunchy vegetables (such as carrots or bell peppers)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker.

For even more flavor, marinate the beef a few hours before cooking. Add chili paste for spice and adjust soy sauce or miso for a richer broth.
