A comforting dish featuring tender beef and flavorful ramen, perfect for busy days or cozy nights.

  • Total Time: 435 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef (such as chuck or brisket), cut into chunks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 ounces ramen noodles
  • Soft-boiled eggs (for garnish)
  • Fresh greens (such as bok choy or spinach)
  • Crunchy vegetables (such as carrots or bell peppers)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, add the ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
  4. Once cooked, serve the ramen in bowls, topped with soft-boiled eggs, fresh greens, crunchy vegetables, and green onions.

Notes

For even more flavor, marinate the beef a few hours before cooking. Add chili paste for spice and adjust soy sauce or miso for a richer broth.
