Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos

A fun twist on traditional tacos with flavors of Caesar salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken and Caesar dressing until well coated.
  2. Mix the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  3. Warm the taco shells or tortillas.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into each taco shell, then top with the lettuce mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time and experiment with different toppings.
