Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp mixture to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and toss again.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with more lemon wedges for extra zing.
