- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp mixture to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and toss again.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with more lemon wedges for extra zing.
