- 2/3 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup ice
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp xanthan gum
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine the strawberries, white grape juice, and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and sweeten to taste with additional sugar if desired.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh to remove seeds, if preferred; set aside.
- Add the strawberry syrup, ice, milk, xanthan gum, and the remaining sugar to the blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth; adjust thickness with more milk if necessary.
- Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle remaining strawberry syrup on top for extra flavor and presentation.
Notes
For thickness, add more ice. Use almond or oat milk for different flavors. Experiment with other fruits or add vanilla ice cream for extra creaminess.
