Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into a taco mold or shape it into small taco shells and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Fill each cooled shell with the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
