Tini’s Mac and Cheese Recipe

Indulge in the creamiest, cheesiest mac and cheese with a rich, velvety sauce that melts in your mouth. Perfect for all ages!

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until fully coated.
  • If desired, transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
